This parts and labor warranty is limited to
A la Cart equipment sold to the original commercial purchaser/user at
its original place of installation.
A la Cart or an authorized service representative
will repair or replace at our election any equipment found to be defective
during the warranty period.
A la Cart will absorb labor and portal to portal
warranty transportation costs for the first ninety days from the date
of installation. Equipment is guaranteed for 12 months.
This warranty does not include maintenance,
calibration, periodic adjustments or consumable parts nor does it cover
defects caused by improper installation, abuse, careless operation or
improper maintenance of equipment.
