Basic Use
- Plug in DualTemp 120 cart(s) (in the kitchen) 15-30
minutes prior to tray assembly
- Prepare meals and assemble trays
- Load trays into cart(s) (with pre-heated and cooled compartments)
- Transport cart(s) and plug in on the floor(s)
- Let cart hold meals until staff ready to serve/patients
ready to eat
For Late Trays
- Plug in DualTemp 120 cart (in the kitchen) 15-30 minutes
prior to tray assembly (regular trayline)
- Prepare late trays along with regular trayline
- Load into DualTemp cart in the kitchen
- Serve meals individually, as needed/patients ready to
eat
For Early Trayline
- Plug in DualTemp 120 cart(s) (in the kitchen) 15-30 minutes
prior to tray assembly
- Run your trayline as much as an hour in advance, using
conventional food preparation
- Load trays into cart(s)
- When “meal time” comes, you’re ready
to go
- Transport cart(s) to floor(s) and serve
