Service Flexibility

Multi Tech Carts can be used three ways for the ultimate in serving flexibility:

  • Refrigerate, retherm and hot hold plated or bulk food (in standard hotel pans)
  • Hot hold plated or bulk food
  • Slow cook and hot hold bulk food
