For the past 20 years, Alice has been a leading
specialist in cook/chill food preparation. Responsible for managing
A la Cart's cook/chill and system implementation efforts, she has
helped numerous clients, particularly in the health care industry,
convert to A la Cart's retherm systems. A registered dietitian, Alice
also has a bachelor's degree in institutional management from Oregon
State University.
Amy Collins, RD

Amy's experience in both health care and food
service spans the spectrum. She has worked in product development
in a commercial restaurant and a weight control health facility. Amy
has also worked in other health care facilities and interned at the
renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Her experience includes helping
clients convert from conventional to advanced meal production/delivery
systems. A graduate of the Univeristy of Houston, Amy's degree is
in Human Nutrition and Food.

With more than 25 years in the health care
industry, JoAnn has experience as a clinical dieititian in acute and
skilled nursing care facilities. She has also served as Patient Services
Manager for both contract and self-managed operations. JoAnn has helped
many clients, in diverse operations, with all facets of implementing
cook/chill systems, including: developing operational plans, helping
managers meet budget and service goals and staff training.
